The Gig

After confirmation, Giggio starts working on the details you'll actually need on the day.

A job sheet pulls together everything in one place - venue, contact, timings, set requirements - so you're not scrolling back through old emails the morning of the gig.

The mileage calculator works out your travel distance automatically, ready for your expenses. And the whole thing syncs to your calendar, so the gig shows up alongside everything else in your diary without you entering it twice.

Invoice

One-click invoicing, with a warning if payment's late

Once a booking's confirmed, raising the deposit invoice is one click - the details are already there, so there's nothing to re-type.

If you'd rather not think about timing, you can also have it auto-generated on confirmation, or scheduled for a future date - useful for bookings made months in advance, where you don't want to ask for money on day one.

And if a payment runs late, Giggio flags it for you so it doesn't slip through unnoticed - it's a warning on your side, so you can click to send a reminder chasing the client, so you stay in control of that conversation.

Payment

Any payment method. Card payments matched automatically.

Clients can pay however suits them - card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Payment by card through GiggioPay means the payment is matched back to the invoice automatically - no checking your bank statement to work out which booking it belongs to.

‍Part payments are accepted too. Each time a payment comes in, you can send a receipt showing exactly what's been paid and what's still owed, so you and the client are always looking at the same numbers.

Follow up

Once the gig's done, Giggio doesn't just file it away.

A thank-you email goes out automatically, and if you want reviews, that's the natural moment to ask for one - while the client's still buzzing from the event.
